ORDER DENYING MOTION TO ALLOW AND REQUIRE
PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM
Upon consideration of Hartford Fire Insurance Company’s Motion to Allow and Require
Payment of Administrative Expense Claim (the “Motion”) [Docket No. 851]; and upon review of
the Plan Administrator’s objection thereto (the “Objection”) [Docket No. 1123] and the First
Stipulation of Facts Between the Debtor and Hartford Fire Insurance Company (the
“Stipulation”) [Docket No. 1141]; and after a hearing held on November 19, 2025; and sufficient
cause appearing therefor, it is hereby
ORDERED, that the Motion is DENIED.
