PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 8, 2025, David M. Barse, in his capacity as the
Plan Administrator for the above-captioned debtor (the “Plan Administrator”), filed the Plan
Administrator’s Third Omnibus Objection (Non-Substantive) to Certain Claims (Duplicate, Late
Filed, Insufficient Documentation) [Docket No. 1081] (the “Third Omnibus Objection”) with the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 North Market Street,
Wilmington, Delaware 19801. A hearing on the Third Omnibus Objection is scheduled for June
11, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Claims Binder was hand delivered on
May 28, 2025 to the Judge’s Courtroom Deputy and Judicial Assistant, with copies of the proofs
of claim (the “Proofs of Claim”) that are the subject of the Third Omnibus Objection, along with
all supporting documentation, and a copy of the Third Omnibus Objection, in accordance with
Rule 3007-1(d)(vi) of the Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of
