                                                ORDER
         Before the Court are Defendants’ Joint Motion to Dismiss the United States’ Complaint

  in Intervention (ECF No. 66, the “Joint Motion”), Defendant Kathryn Petralia’s Motion to

  Dismiss the United States’ Complaint in Intervention (ECF No. 65, “Petralia Motion”);

  Defendant Spencer Robinson’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint in Intervention for Improper

  Venue, Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, and Failure to State a Claim (ECF No. 67, “Robinson

  Motion”), and Defendant Robert Frohwein’s Motion to Dismiss the United States’ Complaint

  in Intervention (ECF No. 68, “Frohwein Motion”). After considering Defendants’ motions and

  all responses in opposition to Defendants’ motions to dismiss, the Court DENIES Defendants’

  Joint Motion, the Petralia Motion, the Robinson Motion, and the Frohwein Motion.

         The   Court        further   orders   that   all       Defendants file   their   Answers   by
