        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Perma Pure LLC d/b/a Maxtec, LLC, (the “Movant”), has
filed a Motion to Allow Late Filed Administrative Expense Claim Under 11 U.S.C. §503(B)(1)(A)
and For Allowance and Immediate Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim (“Motion”) with
the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (“Court”).

        PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections or responses to the relief requested
in the Motion must be filed on or before April 7, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (ET) (the “Objection Deadline”)
with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 N. Market Street,
Wilmington, Delaware 19801. At the same time, copies of any responses or objections to the
Motion must be served upon undersigned counsel so as to be received on or before the Objection
Deadline.

        PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing on the Motion is scheduled for TBD
before the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon in Courtroom #1, 6th Fl., US Bankruptcy Court
