PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Datasite LLC, (the “Movant”), has filed an Amended
Motion to Allow Late Filed Administrative Expense Claim Under 11 U.S.C. §503(B)(1)(A) and
For Allowance and Immediate Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim (“Amended Motion”)
with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (“Court”).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections or responses to the relief requested
in the Amended Motion must be filed on or before February 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (ET) (the
“Objection Deadline”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824
N. Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. At the same time, copies of any responses or
objections to the Amended Motion must be served upon the Movant so as to be received on or
before the Objection Deadline.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing on the Amended Motion is
scheduled for March 5, 2025, at 10:30 am (ET) before the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon
