LATE FILED ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM UNDER 11 U.S.C. §503(b)(1)(A)
AND FOR ALLOWANCE AND IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF AN
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM
UPON CONSIDERATION of the Datasite LLC’s Amended Motion of Datasite LLC to
Allow Late Filed Administrative Expense Claim Under 11 U.S.C. §503(B)(1)(A) and For
Allowance and Immediate Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim (the “Amended
Motion”); the Court having determined that granting the relief requested in the Amended Motion
is appropriate; it appearing that due and adequate notice of the Amended Motion had been given,
and that no other further notice is necessary; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause
appearing therefore;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Amended Motion is granted to the extent set forth herein.
2. Datasite LLC is allowed an administrative expense claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)
in the amount of $171,389.60.
3. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to the
implementation of this Order.

4. This order is fully effective and enforceable immediately upon entry.
