the Plan Administrator’s Motion for Entry of Final Decree Closing Certain Cases (the “Motion”)
with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”).

      PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing on the Motion will be held on
January 29, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. (ET) (the “Hearing”) before The Honorable Brendan L.
Shannon, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware, at the Court, 824 North
Market Street, 6th Floor, Courtroom 1, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.

        PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the entry of an order
granting the relief sought in the Motion must be in writing and filed with the Court on or before
January 22, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (ET) (the “Objection Deadline”). At the same time, you must
serve a copy of the response or objection upon the undersigned counsel to the Plan Administrator
so as to be received on or before the Objection Deadline.

     PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT, IF NO OBJECTIONS TO THE
MOTION ARE TIMELY FILED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS NOTICE, THE COURT
