CERTIFICATE OF NO OBJECTION REGARDING PLAN ADMINISTRATOR’S FIRST
MOTION TO EXTEND THE ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS OBJECTION DEADLINE
The undersigned counsel to David M. Barse, the plan administrator (the “Plan
Administrator”) in the above-captioned chapter 11 case, hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof,
no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading has been received to the Plan Administrator’s
First Motion to Extend the Administrative Claims Objection Deadline [Docket No. 971] (the
“Motion”) filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”)
on January 24, 2025. Pursuant to the notice of Motion, objections to the Motion were to be filed
and served no later than February 7, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (ET) (the “Objection Deadline”). The
undersigned further certifies that the Objection Deadline has passed, the Court’s docket has been
reviewed in this case, and no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Motion appears
thereon. It is hereby respectfully requested that the Court enter the proposed order attached to the
Motion at the earliest convenience of the Court.
