of Delaware, 824 Market Street, 3rd Floor, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 on or before 4:00 p.m.
(prevailing Eastern Time) on January 13, 2025, (the “Objection Deadline”) and (ii) served on,
so as to be received by, the undersigned counsel to Salesforce on or before the Objection Deadline.
