ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF COGNIZANT FOR ALLOWANCE
AND PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM
Upon consideration of the Motion of Cognizant for Allowance and Payment of
Administrative Expense Claim (the “Motion”)2 and it appearing that this Court has jurisdiction
over the Motion and this matter is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A); and it
appearing that appropriate notice of the Motion was provided to parties in interest and was
sufficient under the circumstances; and the Court further determining that the legal and factual
bases set forth in the Motion establish just cause for the relief granted herein;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. The Motion is GRANTED as set forth herein.
2. Cognizant shall have an allowed administrative expense claim under Bankruptcy
Code section 503(b) in the amount of $154,314.15 (the “Allowed Cognizant Administrative
Expense Claim”).

5. The Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters relating to this order.
6. The order is binding on the parties and any successors.
