ORDER GRANTING AYMING USA INC.’S MOTION FOR ALLOWANCE AND
PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES FROM VYAIRE MEDICAL, INC.
Upon consideration of the motion of Ayming2 for allowance and payment of administrative
expenses, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:
1.
The Motion is GRANTED, as set forth herein.
2.
Ayming is ALLOWED, and shall be immediately paid, an administrative expense
in the amount of $1,217,673,79.
3.
This Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters
arising from or related to the implementation, interpretation, and/or enforcement of this Order.
4.
This order will be effective immediately upon its entry.
