ORDER GRANTING REQUEST OF HARTFORD FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY TO
ALLOW AND REQUIRE PAYMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM
This matter is before the Court on the Request (the “Request”) for approval and payment
of an administrative expense claim by Hartford Fire Insurance Company (individually, and with
its affiliated surety and/or sureties, the “Surety”). Notice of this Request has been served on all
parties of interest. The Court finds good cause for entry of this Order.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.
The Request is granted as set forth herein.
2.
The Surety is hereby allowed, and shall be immediately paid, an administrative
expense claim in the amount of $28,206.83.
3.
The Surety is further hereby allowed an administrative expense claim for any bond
claim arising during and/or pertaining to the administrative expense claim period along with the
fees and costs incurred in addressing such claim.

This Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters
arising from or related to the implementation, interpretation, and/or enforcement of this Order.

This order will be effective immediately upon its entry.
