PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on November 5, 2024, the Monthly Staffing and
Compensation Report of AP Services, LLC for the Period from August 1, 2024 Through August
31, 2024 (the “Staffing Report”) was filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District
of Delaware (the “Court”).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Staffing Report are
required to be filed with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of
Delaware, 824 North Market Street, 3rd Floor, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, so as to be received
no later than 4:00 p.m. (ET) on November 19, 2024. In the event an objection is raised and not
consensually resolved, all related compensation shall be subject to review by the Court.
