NOTICE OF FEE APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on October 11, 2024, the Fee Application of PJT Partners
LP as Investment Banker to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession for Allowance of Restructuring
Fee (the “Application”) was filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of,
Delaware (the “Court”). The Application seeks approval of compensation in the amount of
$5,180,000.00 (80% of $6,475,000.00).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Application are

Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals
and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 218] and the Order (I) Authorizing the Retention and
Employment of PJT Partners LP as Investment Banker to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession
Effective as of the Petition Date, (II) Waiving Certain Information Requirements Pursuant to Local
Rule 2016-2, and (III) Granting Related Relief Docket No. 335], if no objections are filed and
served in accordance with the above procedures, the Debtors will be authorized to pay 80% of the
requested fees and 100% of the requested expenses without further order of the Court.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER THAT THAT A HEARING ON THE APPLICATION
WILL BE HELD ONLY IF AN OBJECTION IS TIMELY FILED OR THE COURT DIRECTS
