This does not seem to be a today issue but if the closing does not occur for several months it may become an issue so I wanted you to be aware. To that end, if before or after the cure schedule comes out, ProSymmetry has any further disagreement, we are happy to continue to work consensually to resolve. Should we be unable to reach a resolution / come to an impasse, we will set a separate hearing date for ProSymmetry to be heard since purely cure related objections won’t be heard at the upcoming sale hearing.
