Lyons-Vyaire - Certif of Counsel _COC_ re Order Approving Stip for Relief from Stay _MFR_ v1
- Date
- 2024-10-25
Summary
A proposed order filed October 25, 2024 as Doc 678-1 in the jointly administered Chapter 11 cases of Vyaire Medical, Inc., et al., Case Nos. 24-11217 (BLS), et seq., in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. It relates to the Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay (Docket No. 589) filed by Jeffrey Paul Lyons, III, as administrator of an estate, and recites that the Debtors executed a stipulation resolving the Motion, attached as Exhibit A-1. The order would approve the joint stipulation granting limited relief from the automatic stay and order its terms. It would be immediately effective notwithstanding Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4001(a)(3), and the court would retain jurisdiction to interpret and enforce the order and the stipulation.
