The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer,
objection, or other responsive pleading to the Fee Application of PJT Partners LP as
Investment Banker to the Debtors and Debtors-In-Possession for Allowance of Restructuring Fee
[Docket No. 622] (the “Application”) filed on October 11, 2024. Objections to the Application
were to be filed and served no later than November 1, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time).
The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court’s docket in these cases and no
answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.

In accordance with the Order (I) Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals and (II) Granting Related Relief
[Docket No. 218], the Debtors are authorized to pay PJT Partners LP 80% of the fees, or
$5,180,000.00, requested in the Application upon the filing of this certification and without the
need for entry of a Court order approving the Application.
