                         ORDER SETTING STATUS CONFERENCE
                  PURSUANT TO SECTION 105(d) OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE

             Upon the emergency motion (the “Motion”)2 of the Official Committee of Unsecured

Creditors (the “Committee”) appointed in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases of Vyaire Medical,

Inc. and its debtor affiliates (collectively, the “Debtors”), for entry of an order scheduling a status

conference pursuant to section 105(d) of the Bankruptcy Code; and the Court having jurisdiction

to consider the Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; and good cause appearing for the

relief sought in the Motion, it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

             1.    The Motion is GRANTED, as set forth herein.

             2.    The Court shall hold a status conference concerning the matters outlined in the

Motion on October ___, 2024 at __:__ (__.m.) (prevailing Eastern Time).
