DEBTORS MAY REMOVE ACTIONS AND (II) GRANTING RELATED RELIEF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 4, 2024, the above-captioned debtors and
debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed the Motion of Debtors for Entry of an
Order (I) Enlarging the Period Within Which the Debtors May Remove Actions and (II) Granting
Related Relief (the “Motion”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
(“Court”).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Motion is being served with
this notice.  A copy of the Motion is also available on (i) the Court’s website:
