       PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 11, 2024, the above-captioned debtors and
debtors-in-possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed the Disclosure Statement for the Joint
Chapter 11 Plan of Vyaire Medical, Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates [Docket No. 519]
(the “Disclosure Statement”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
(the “Court”).

        PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is the
liquidation analysis (the “Liquidation Analysis”) attached as Exhibit B to the Disclosure
Statement.

Disclosure Statement on an interim basis at the hearing scheduled to commence on October 2,

United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, at 824
North Market Street, 6th Floor, Courtroom No. 1, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.

        PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that you may obtain the Liquidation Analysis and
additional information concerning the above-captioned chapter 11 cases at the website maintained
