(CC) VYR - Motion for Leave to File Late Reply to UCC ROR(48379602.2) (003)

Summary

Exhibit A, a Proposed Order filed August 30, 2024 as Doc 483-1 in In re: Vyaire Medical, Inc., et al., Case No. 24-11217 (BLS), jointly administered Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The unsigned proposed Order Granting Leave and Permission to File a Reply in Support of Entry of the Sale Orders would grant the Debtors' Motion for Leave under Local Rule 9006-1(d). It recites jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and venue under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409. It would deem the Debtors' Reply timely filed and a matter of record, and the court would retain jurisdiction over the order's implementation.
