NOTICE OF FEE APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on August 2, 2024, the Fee Application of PJT Partners
LP as Investment Banker to the Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession for Allowance of Capital
Raising Fee (the “Application”) was filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District
of Delaware (the “Court”). The Application seeks approval of fees in the amount of $600,000.00
(80% of $750,000.00).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Application are
