NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPEARANCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Amanda Schaefer, Esq. hereby withdraws her
appearance as counsel to SunMed Group Holdings, LLC (d/b/a AirLife) in the above-captioned
cases and any and all adversary proceedings and respectfully requests that she be removed from
the CM/ECF electronic notification service, official mailing matrix, service lists, and all other
paper and electronic notices in these cases.
Goodwin Procter, LLP, and its respective attorneys of record, other than Amanda
Schaefer, will continue to represent AirLife and hereby requests that all notices given or
required to be served in these cases continue to be given to and served upon such attorneys of
record.
