PROPOSED ORDER SCHEDULING OMNIBUS HEARING DATE
The undersigned counsel to the debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”)
in the above-captioned cases, hereby certifies as follows:

Honorable Brendan L. Shannon, received an omnibus hearing date.

Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a proposed order (the “Proposed Order”)
