PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, on June 25, 2024, the above-captioned debtors and
debtors in possession (the “Debtors”) filed the Motion of Debtors for Entry of an Order
(I) Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for
Professionals and (II) Granting Related Relief (the “Motion”) with the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”).
