The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer,
objection, or other responsive pleading to the Third Monthly Application of BDO USA P.C., Tax
Accountant to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, for Allowance of Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period July 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024 [Docket No. 579]
(the “Application”) filed on September 27, 2024. Objections to the Application were to be filed
and served no later than October 18, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time). The
undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court’s docket in these cases and no answer,
objection, or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.

In accordance with the Order (I) Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals and (II) Granting Related Relief
[Docket No. 218], the Debtors are authorized to pay BDO USA P.C. 80% of the fees, or
$382,627.36, requested in the Application upon the filing of this certification and without the need
for entry of a Court order approving the Application.
