PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, on June 10, 2024, the above-captioned debtors and
debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed the Motion of the Debtors for Entry of an
Order Authorizing the Debtors to File Under Seal the Names of Certain Confidential Parties in
Interest Related to the Debtors’ Professional Retention Applications [Docket No. 17]
(the “Motion”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”).
