objection, or other responsive pleading to the First Monthly Fee Application of Cole Schotz P.C.,
Delaware Co-Counsel to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, for Allowance of Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period from June 9, 2024 through June 30, 2024
[Docket No. 355] (the “Application”) filed on August 8, 2024. Objections to the Application were
to be filed and served no later than August 29, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time). The
undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court’s docket in these cases and no answer,
objection, or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
In accordance with the Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals [Docket No. 218], the Debtors are authorized to pay
