ORDER
Pending before the Court is Defendant James Punelli’s pro se Request for Early Release
from Parole, [Doc. No. 21], which the Court will construe as a Motion for Early Release from
Probation (the “Motion”). Upon consideration of the Motion, the Government’s opposition, and
Punelli’s reply thereto; the lack of objection from the U.S. Probation Office; and after
considering the factors set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a), the Court finds that termination of
Defendant’s remaining term of probation of less than one year is warranted by Defendant’s
conduct and the interest of justice. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion, [Doc. No. 21], be, and the same hereby is,
GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED that Defendant’s remaining term of probation be, and the same hereby is,
TERMINATED and Defendant be, and the same hereby is, DISCHARGED from probation
pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3564(c).
