Pursuant to Local Rule 1 1 .1(3)(A), Joel A. M ullin, Stephen H. Galloway and Stoel
Rives LLP (hereinafter tistoel Counsel'') hereby move this Court for an Order granting
permission to withdraw as counsel tbr Delkndant Robinhood M arkets, Inc. in the above-
captioned m atter.
Under the United States District Court, District oforegon, Case No. 3:2l-cv-00319-YY,
Stoel Counsel was retained to act as local counsel for the law f-irm Cravath, Swaine & M oore
LLP.
On April 15, 202 1, the Oregon case was transfkn'ed to the above-captioned M DL based
in the Southern District of Florida.
As this case is no longer in the District of Oregon, Stoel Counsel is no longer local
counsel and should be removed from the Court's service list.
Attorneys from the law tirm ofcravath Swaine and M oore LLP continue to be counsel
for Defendant Robinhood M arkets, lnc.
