NOTICE OF INTERIM FEE APPLICATION AND HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Omni Agent Solutions (the “Applicant”) has
today filed the attached First Interim Application of Omni Agent Solutions for Payment of
Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Period October 3, 2022 through December
31, 2022 (the “Application”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of
Delaware (the “Court”).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Application
must be made in accordance with the Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals, dated October 21, 2022 [Docket No. 136] (the
“Interim Compensation Order”) and must be filed with the Clerk of the Court by no later than
