Craig, to date we received a total of 60 documents from your client, no update on when any further
documents will be produced and no update on what should be an easy answer on whether there is still a data
room with documents in it or otherwise accessible by your client. I know everyone is busy but it seems that
your client is not taking this seriously and court intervention will likely be necessary to move this along to
conclusion. I hope I’m wrong but in the absence of meaningful production and a response in the next day or
so, that would appear to be the case.
