Please be advised that the court will allow a total of 40 minutes of oral argument
time for this case. As attorneys for appellants, Mr. Schoenfeld and Mr. Citron are
generally expected to split 20 minutes of argument time. Although leave for
separate briefing was allowed due to the non-alignment of appellants’ issues, leave
has not been granted for additional oral argument time.
If the parties are unable to agree on an allocation of the standard 40 minutes of
argument time, a motion for additional oral argument time should be filed by
October 24, 2022. If no additional argument time is needed, please file amended
oral argument acknowledgment forms by October 24, 2022.
