Dear Counsel:
To reduce wait time at the building entrances, we are asking attorneys for the
Butzner, Gold, and Tan Courtrooms to use the Bank Street Entrance (1000 Bank Street,
middle portico), and attorneys for the Red, Blue, and Tweed Courtrooms to use the
Main Street Entrance (1000 East Main Street). Please enter at Bank Street for this case
and proceed downstairs to attorney registration in the Library (Room 101).
The Court has amended its Covid measures for this session. The Court no longer
requires filing of a certification of compliance form or proof of vaccination or negative
testing. Attendance limits are no longer imposed, and advance permission is not
required to attend argument. The Court continues to require symptom screening at the
entrance and masking in all public areas, including courtrooms. Attorneys may, at their
option, remove their masks during presentation of oral argument. The Court continues
to provide a live audio feed of all arguments. See updated Powell Courthouse Entry
