                          MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

              Pursuant to Fourth Circuit Local Rule 46(c), Leslie C. Esbrook respectfully

        requests that this Court withdraw her appearance as counsel for Appellees Chain

        Bridge Bank, N.A., John J. Brough, and David M. Evinger in these matters, as Ms.

        Esbrook will no longer be affiliated with the law firm Kramer Levin Robbins

        Russell. Appellees will continue to be represented by other counsel of record from

        Kramer Levin Robbins Russell, and Appellees have been provided notice of this

        request for withdrawal.
