                          MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

              Pursuant to Fourth Circuit Local Rule 46(c), Donald Burke respectfully

        requests that this Court withdraw his appearance as counsel for Appellees Chain

        Bridge Bank, N.A., John J. Brough, and David M. Evinger in these matters, as Mr.

        Burke will no longer be affiliated with the law firm Robbins, Russell, Englert,

        Orseck & Untereiner LLP (“Robbins Russell”). Appellees will continue to be

        represented by other counsel of record from Robbins Russell, and Appellees have

        been provided notice of this request for withdrawal.

              In accordance with Fourth Circuit Local Rule 27(a), undersigned counsel has

        objection.
