CONSENT MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SUBMIT AUDIO FILES
Pursuant to paragraph 18 of the Clerk’s Office General Filing Tips, Alexandria Division,
the parties hereby move the Court for an order granting the parties’ Consent Motion for Leave to
Submit Audio Files. This motion is made on the grounds set forth in the accompanying
Memorandum in Support of Consent Motion for Leave to Submit Audio Files.

The parties agree that the audio files in issue may bear on the parties’ forthcoming
motions for summary judgment and this Court’s subsequent rulings thereto.

The parties have agreed to waive any hearing on this Consent Motion.
