The parties' Consent Motion for an Extension of Time to Complete Discovery from
March 31, 2021 to April 30, 2021 and Reschedule and Convert the Final Pretrial Conference to a
Status Conference [Dkt. No. 79] is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART, and it is
hereby
ORDERED that the discovery deadline be and is extended to April 12,2021; and it is
further
ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference shall take place telephonically on
Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10:00AM. To join the tele-conference on Thursday, April 15,
2021 at 10:00AM, the parties should dial 1-877-336-1829 and use the access code 8896301.

If prompted for a security code, reenter the access code. If at all possible, the attorneys who
will be speaking during the tele-conference should dial in using landline telephones. Other
