TAC2 Global LLC (TAC2) would like to provide the attached quote to supply and deliver 3M NIOSH 1860 N95 masks and
hand sanitizer to the State of Florida. We are a Florida-based federal contractor supplying PPE and related items, and we
have very recently contracted to become a distributor of certified 3M N95 masks.
We understand the uncertain market conditions currently surrounding the procurement of the N95 masks and are
committed to full transparency and getting these masks to our State agencies in need. We are happy to answer
questions and provide any information needed for your vetting process.

To Whom It May Concern:
TAC2 Global LLC (TAC2) is pleased to provide the attached quote to supply and deliver 3M NIOSH 1860
N95 masks to the State of Florida. We are a Florida-based federal contractor supplying PPE and related-
items, and we have further contracted to become a distributor of 3M N95 masks. We understand both the
urgency and the uncertain market dynamics currently surrounding the procurement of this item, and we are
committed to full transparency and getting these masks to our State and other government agencies in need.
Under the terms of the agreement, we can supply the 1860 N95 masks strictly to U.S. government agencies
and health care networks/facilities, and our pricing will remain fixed and transparent to 3M and their agents.
We are prepared to share any/all product certifications, lot #s, our contract agreement with the 3M
manufacturer, and unredacted SGS/INSPEC reports. Every mask we procure will also be inspected and
certified by 3M agents prior to leaving the manufacturing facility, and we are obligated to offer these masks
CIF.
Separately, we have attached a quote and specs for hand sanitizer. All prices listed for the N95 masks and
hand sanitizer include shipping to:

SPECIFICATION SHEET
Highly effective at killing more than 99% of common cold, flu, and other viruses
when used with regular hand washing (soap and water).Our formulation is prepared
in a professional laboratory following recommendations by the World Health
Organization (WHO) to contain a high amount of alcohol (70% or more), in order to
ensure nearly all microbes are killed upon contact.
For best results, wash hands for at least 30 seconds with soap and water and dry
your hands. Then apply liberally to the palm of your hand and coat hands and
fingers. Continue rubbing and allow it to dry. Reduced sanitization occurs if applied
to hands with grime, excess oil, and dirt. This product is unscented and leaves no
residue.
After use, apply your favorite hand moisturizer to prevent excessively dry hands. Not
appropriate for use with infants, do not use on open wounds, and not for human
consumption.
