ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, upon consideration of the Debtor’s Motion for Entry of Order Under 11 U.S.C. §
1121(d) Extending the Exclusivity Periods for Filing and Confirming a Plan of Reorganization and
Disclosure Statement, after notice and hearing as deemed necessary and appropriate under the
circumstances, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Motion is GRANTED.
It is further ORDERED that the Debtor’s exclusive right to file a plan of reorganization pursuant
to 11 U.S.C. § 1121 is extended until March 13, 2020, and the Debtor’s exclusive right to obtain acceptance
of said plan is extended until May 10, 2020.
This Order is without prejudice to the Debtor’s right to request further extensions of time if
necessary and appropriate.
