ORDER GRANTING PANTHERA TRAINING, LLC’S
MOTION TO COMPEL PERFORMANCE UNDER SUBCONTRACT
The Court has reviewed the Motion of Panthera Training, LLC (“Panthera
Training”) to compel performance under the Subcontract. Upon mature consideration, the Court
has determined to grant the relief requested.
IT IS, ACCORDINGLY, ORDERED that:
1.
The Debtor shall timely perform all obligations under the Subcontract,
including, but not limited to immediately routing payments directly to Panthera Training for
training services performed under the Subcontract; and
2.
The Debtor shall cease and desist interfering with or injecting itself into
communications between Panthera Training, the Clients and prospective clients;
IT IS SO ORDERED.
