                MOTION AND ORDER FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
       Pursuant to Local Rule 9010-1 and the certification below, counsel hereby moves the
admission pro hac vice of Matt Ferris, Esq. to represent Bank of America, N.A. in its capacity as
Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent under that certain First Lien Credit Agreement, dated
as of April 16, 2018 (as amended by certain amendments thereto) in the above-captioned cases
and any related proceedings.
