The PGP Corporation line is cited to no source we have a copy of. Co-founded Kabbage in 2008–2009 (UGA Today). In 2014 founded Roadie, a crowdsourced last-mile delivery company (UGA Today; Roadie blog), which UPS acquired in 2021 (Roadie blog).
Pandemic-relief / PPP-EIDL role
Frohwein was Kabbage's CEO and Petralia its president during the 2020 PPP period.
No separate personal or company-side PPP/EIDL loan, SVOG grant, Provider Relief Fund payment, or other own-relief receipt is identified in the cited sources for Marc Gorlin.
Legal status / controversies
No charges. The Department of Justice's December 20, 2024 release on its False Claims Act intervention against former Kabbage executives names Frohwein and does not name Gorlin (release text).

Not documented in any copy we have beyond the Roadie material.
