Jonathan S. Gitlin is Biz2Credit's General Counsel (FTC stipulated order signature block). Biz2Credit's management page describes him as Principal Corporate Counsel since June 2008 and General Counsel since 2011. The California consent order identifies him as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Itria Ventures LLC, the Biz2Credit subsidiary.

Pandemic relief role
Gitlin was the in-house legal officer for Biz2Credit and Itria Ventures during the PPP period and the later regulatory settlement.
Two person-level records contain his signature or notice details:
- A California Department of Business Oversight consent order dated March 2020 listed "Jonathan S. Gitlin, SVP & General Counsel" as Itria Ventures' notice representative and signatory.
- The FTC's proposed stipulated order in the Biz2Credit/Itria PPP case identifies "Jonathan S. Gitlin, General Counsel, Biz2Credit Inc. and Itria Ventures LLC" in the defendants' signature block.
The FTC alleged that Biz2Credit and Itria deceptively advertised PPP loan processing times and mishandled application withdrawals; Biz2Credit and Itria agreed to a $33 million settlement. The order did not make Gitlin an individual defendant.
