Dear Judge Conley,
Pursuant to my Motion for Continuance, which the court granted on 7/30/26, enclosed
are the following documents to supplement the record:
1. - list of jobs applied to by Ms. Spellman in 2026 through Indeed. This list was created
from screenshots of confirmation of application for each position from Indeed website.
2.- Confirmation of No Driving Restriction imposed on 7/20/26.
3.- Confirmation of Recruitment by Granger, Inc for a full time Customer Service position,
paying $18.25 per hour. Ms. Spellman completed the application and had the phone screen
as set forth on the last page of this document; and, is attempting to sign up for the paid onsite
training that begins on September 28, 2026. She is awaiting confirmation from Granger, Inc.
