Pursuant to Rule 1.3 of the Local Rules of the United States Courts for the Southern and Eastern

Districts of New York, Jonathan Ian Gleklen hereby moves this Court for an Order for admission to

practice Pro Hac Vice to appear as counsel for defendant Visa, Inc. in the above-captioned action.

I am in good standing with the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia and the Supreme

Court of Maryland, and there are no pending disciplinary proceedings against me in any state or federal

court. Attached to my declaration as Exhibit A are the associated certificates of good standing. I have

never been convicted of a felony. I have never been censured, suspended, disbarred or denied admission

or readmission by any court. I have attached the affidavit pursuant to Local Rule 1.3.

Pursuant to Rule 1.3(c) of the Local Rules for the United States District Court for the Southern

District of New York, I, Jonathan Ian Gleklen, hereby declare under penalty of perjury pursuant to 28

U.S.C. § 1746, that the following statements are true:

1. I am a partner at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, 601 Massachusetts Ave., NW,

Washington, DC 20001.

2. I am a member in good standing with the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia

Supreme Court of Maryland.

3. Attached to this Declaration as Exhibit A are Certificates of Good Standings from the Court

of Appeals of the District of Columbia Supreme Court of Maryland, which were issued

within thirty days of this filing.
