   NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL FILING TO THE SENTENCING MEMORANDUM

COMES NOW the Defendant, George Thacker, by and through his attorney of record, 
Lee Davis, and hereby submits this supplemental filing to the Sentencing Hearing. Attached hereto 
are the following Exhibits to the Sentencing Memorandum:  
• Exhibit “J”: A letter from George Thacker to Judge Atchley accepting responsibility.   
• Exhibit “K”: A letter dated September 19, 2022, from Terry Eastwood, the President of 
First Farmers and Commercial Bank considering a loan in the amount of $500,000.00 to 
George Thacker for the repayment of the SBA PPP loan.  
• Exhibit “L”: An email dated August 30, 2022, from Krisalaun Battle, an Area Specialist 
for the Chattanooga Area Office of Rural Development, confirming Thacker Corporation 
closed on a USDA-RD Business & Industry Loan Guarantee on 11/2/2006 in the amount 
of $2,800.000. As of 12/31/2007, the loan has been paid in full. The facility provided 14 
jobs and the borrower, facility, and loan remained in compliance with USDA-RD 
requirements through the life of the loan.  
• Exhibit “M”: A picture depicting the George Thacker Development that began in 
2009/2010 where he applied $7 million in funding from ORNL Federal Credit Union to

finance the hotel and retail shops depicted in the Exhibit. The Exhibit shows the before
