CASE NO. 6:21-cr-17-PGB-EJK JACQUA VIUS DENNARD SMITH AMENDED PLEA AGREEMENT Pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 11( c), the United States of America, by Karin . Hoppmann, Acting United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, and the defendant, J acquavius Dennard Smith, and the attorneys for the defendant, Dan Eckhart and David R. Bigney, mutually agree as follows: A. Particularized Terms 1. Counts Pleading To The defendant shall enter a plea of guilty to Counts One, Two, and Three of the Superseding Information. Count One charges the defendant with Possession of Unregistered Firearm, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d). Count Two charges the defendant with Aggravated Identity Theft, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A. Count Three charges the defendant with Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
