EDWARD MOISE, Defendant. __________________________________________/ THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’S SECTION 5K1.1 MOTION TO REDUCE DEFENDANT EDWARD MOISE’S SENTENCE The United States of America, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, pursuant to Section 5K1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines, respectfully submits this Section 5K1.1 Motion to Reduce Defendant Edward Moise’s Sentence by 33%. Undersigned counsel represents to the Court that Defendant Moise provided substantial assistance to the United States within the meaning of Section 5K1.1 with regard to the prosecution and conviction of three individuals. At Defendant Moise’s March 15, 2022 sentencing, the undersigned will set forth the nature and quality of his substantial assistance and make the specific recommendation that the Court reduce Defendant Moise’s sentence by 33%.
