ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR EARLY 
TERMINATION OF SUPERVISED RELEASE 
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court pursuant to Defendant's Motion for Early 
Termination of Supervised Release (DE 33). Defendant requests early termination indicating 
that he has complied with his conditions of supervision, completed community service hours, 
completed his bachelor's degree in science and has maintained stable employment. 
The Government and U.S. Probation object to early termination based on the outstanding 
restitution balance.· Mr. Bully has completed approximately thirteen (13) months of his two-year 
term of supervised release. I commend him for maintaining a stable residence, stable 
employment, obtaining his bachelor's degree and abiding by the terms of supervision. However, 
compliance alone does not warrant early termination. Therefore, after reviewing the Defendant's 
motion, the Government's response (DE 35), and U.S. Probation's response, it is 
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for Early Termination of 
Supervised Release (DE 33) is DENIED.
